Yyteri Beach consists of two limited liability companies (Yyteri Beach Oy and Yyterin Havulinna Oy), therefore purchasing a cottage means purchasing shares of the company. All maintenance activities are implemented through maintenance fees (EUR 0,6 per share in 2010).
Maintenance fee includes e.g. janitor services, waste disposal, wireless Internet access. All you have to do is enjoy your valuable time with your family. Yyteri Beach has also a service for those who are willing to let their cottage while they are not using it themselves. Everything about the letting is carried through against a commission.
