TERMS OF BOOKING
These terms are valid when the booking is done. The invoice must be paid 28 days before arriving. Last minute reservations (less than 4 weeks till arrive) will be fully invoiced without delay.
The reservation must be made by over 18 year-old person. Under aged guests staying without their caretakers will be asked for a written permission from their caretaker delivered to the holiday center 14 prior to arrival.
TERMS OF CANCELLING
The cancellation of the reservation must always be made in a written form to info@yyteribeach.fi or via post. Not paying the invoice doesn’t mean cancellation.
• The cancellation can be made without expenses till 28 days before the arrival. Only the service fee is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation is been made 27-14 days before arrival, 50 % of the reservation will be charged.
• For later cancellations we will charge full fee.
Yyteri Beach holiday center’s rights to change or cancel a reservation
In case of force majeure can Yyteri Beach cancel a reservation made by its customer. In such a case the customer holds rights to receive a full return of already charged reservation. Yyteri Beach will also try to help customer to find a new accommodation.

STAYING AT YYTERI BEACH
The object of reservation is available for the customer from arriving day 3 pm till departure day noon (12:00).
The receiving of the keys will be negotiated with reception 2 to 3 days prior to arrival. The contact information of the reception can be found from the invoice and from Yyteri Beach web-sites.
The charge of accommodation includes the using of the furniture, dishes, and the energy for heating, light and cooking. The charge also includes sheets for the staying guests and cleaning substances with toilet paper. The customer is responsible for the departure cleaning of the cottage. Guidelines for cleaning can be found in the info inside the cottage. Departure cleaning covers at least vacuuming, washing the dishes (also emptying the dishwasher), cleansing of stains and dirt and cleaning the yard of waste. The holiday center holds the right to charge extra 95 € for uncleaned cottage. The customer can also preorder daily cleaning or departure cleaning beforehand.
If the customer causes damage, danger or disturbance to other guests in the holiday center can he/she be told to leave the cottage after one warning. All costs resulted from damages, danger or disturbance will be changed from the customer who caused it. From a missing key the holiday center will charge the customer with the costs of changing the locks. Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors. If there has been smoking indoors the holiday center can charge 300 € afterwards.
The permission for a pet must always be asked from the holiday center. Extra fee for a pet without permission is 75 € / pet / day. Yyteri Beach is not responsible for allergic or other problems caused by smoking or pet without permission. All complains about the cottage must be pointed immediately when they occurred to the staff of the holiday center or to the service manager. Complains made afterwards will not be taken into consideration.
THE NUMBER OF STAYING GUESTS
The cottage must not be used by larger number of guests than there are beds or extra beds in the cottage. Campers and mobile homes are allowed to stay only in the trailer area. Camping is forbidden in the Yyteri Beach.
